Cancellation Policy

For online orders, please contact us at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time to cancel or modify your order.

For dine-in reservations, please contact us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time to cancel or modify your reservation.

Refund Policy

For online orders, refunds will be issued in the original payment method for cancelled orders.

For dine-in reservations, a cancellation fee of Rs. 200 may be applied if the reservation is cancelled with less than 2 hours' notice.

Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of the cancellation request.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order or reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or kitchen equipment failure.

In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

By placing an order or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our cancellation and refund policy.
